Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stampable.io (a product of FilCan Technologies LLC), we aim to provide world-class Agentic AI loyalty tools for merchants and users. Because our services include immediate access to proprietary AI tools, localized translation engines, and exclusive “Founding 50” pricing, we have established the following policy regarding payments and cancellations.


1. General Refund Philosophy

As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, Stampable.io provides immediate value upon account activation. Therefore, all sales are final. FilCan Technologies LLC does not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscription fees, partially used periods, or “change of mind” after the 30-day trial period (if applicable) has ended.

2. The “Founding 50” & Promotional Rates

Merchants who secure the Founding 50 lifetime discount (50% off) acknowledge that this rate is a special early-adopter privilege.

  • No Retroactive Refunds: We do not offer refunds if a merchant forgets to apply a promo code or fails to cancel before a renewal.

  • Price Protection: In exchange for our “No Refund” policy on these slots, we guarantee that your 50% discount rate will never increase for the life of your continuous subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel your Stampable.io subscription at any time.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellations must be performed through the Merchant Dashboard under ‘Account Settings’ or by emailing billing@stampablelabs.io at least five (5) business days before your next billing date.

  • Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your “Virtual Barker” and loyalty features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • Forfeiture of Discount: Please note that cancelling a “Founding 50” account results in the permanent forfeiture of the 50% lifetime discount. Re-subscribing at a later date will be at the then-current market rate.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value our community and may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following instances:

  • Technical Failure: If a verified systemic technical error on our part prevented you from using the service for more than 7 consecutive days.

  • Duplicate Billing: If our system erroneously charged your credit card twice for the same billing cycle.

  • Duplicate Account: If you accidentally created two identical business profiles.

Requests for exceptional refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We prefer to work with you directly to resolve any issues. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:

  1. Immediately suspend your account and all AI “Virtual Barker” services.

  2. Permanent ban from the “Founding 50” program.

  3. Provide documentation of these Terms and your usage logs to the banking institution to contest the dispute.

6. GCC Regional Adjustments

For our partners in the GCC (Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.), this policy is intended to align with local E-commerce and Consumer Protection laws regarding digital services. By subscribing to the Web App, you acknowledge that the “service commencement” begins the moment you access the Merchant Dashboard.
