Terms of Service

Welcome to Stampable.io. By accessing our Web App or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Stampable.io, a product of FilCan Technologies LLC, provides an AI-driven loyalty platform connecting Merchants and Users. This includes the “Virtual Barker” (proximity-based notifications), digital stamp cards, and OCR-based receipt verification.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Merchants: Must be a legally registered business entity. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile and the rewards you offer.

  • Users: Must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful information during registration. Fraudulent accounts will be terminated without notice.

3. The “Founding 50” Lifetime Offer

The “Founding 50” promotion offers a 50% discount on subscription fees for life, subject to the following:

  • Subscription Continuity: The 50% discount remains active only as long as the subscription is maintained. If a subscription is cancelled or lapses due to non-payment, the “Founding 50” status is forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.

  • Non-Transferable: This discount is tied to the specific business entity/account and cannot be sold or transferred to another merchant.

4. Proximity & AI Notifications (The Virtual Barker)

  • Consent: By enabling location services, Users consent to receiving real-time “nudges” via the Web App or Mobile App when near a Partner Merchant.

  • Accuracy: While our Agentic AI is sophisticated, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in GPS positioning due to environmental factors (e.g., tall buildings, signal interference).

5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud

To maintain the integrity of our community, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Stamp Gaming: Users attempting to upload duplicate or fake receipts to earn stamps.

  • Spoofing: Merchants or Users using GPS-spoofing software to trigger the Virtual Barker falsely.

  • Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to decompile or copy the Stampable AI logic or “Virtual Barker” proprietary code. Penalty: FilCan Technologies LLC reserves the right to freeze accounts and void stamps suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

  • Currency: Payments will be processed in USD, CAD, or local GCC equivalents (SAR, OMR, AED) as specified at checkout.

  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service and the heavily discounted Founding 50 rate, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Stampable.io, including logos, AI algorithms, the “Virtual Barker” trademark, and software code, is the exclusive property of FilCan Technologies LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

FilCan Technologies LLC provides the service “as is.” We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue resulting from technical downtime.

  • Disputes between Merchants and Users regarding the fulfillment of rewards.

  • The accuracy of the Arabic Translation tool (while high, it is AI-generated and should be verified by the Merchant for critical signage).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in behavior that harms the Stampable ecosystem.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws. For disputes arising in the GCC region, we will seek to resolve matters through arbitration in accordance with local commercial regulations.
