1. Information We Collect

To provide our “Virtual Barker” AI services and loyalty tracking, we collect the following types of data:

  • Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details (for Merchants).

  • Location Data: With your explicit consent, we process real-time geographic location data to trigger proximity-based rewards (the “Virtual Barker” feature).

  • Transaction Data: Images of receipts uploaded for OCR (Optical Character Recognition) processing to verify loyalty stamps.

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, and operating system to optimize Web App performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Facilitate the Stampable Loyalty Program between Users and Merchants.

  • Power the Agentic AI to send localized “nudges” when a User is near a partner shop.

  • Verify transactions via OCR to prevent fraud and double-stamping.

  • Provide customer support and improve app functionality.

  • Localized Experience: Use our translation tools to provide services in English and Arabic.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared in the following circumstances:

  • With Merchants: When a User joins a specific Merchant’s loyalty program, that Merchant can see the User’s stamp progress and name.

  • Service Providers: We may use third-party cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud) or AI processing tools that adhere to strict confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal Requirements: If required by law in Ontario, Canada, or the GCC jurisdictions in which we operate.

4. Data Security

We implement “Bank-Level” security measures, including:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.

  • Anonymization: Proximity data is processed in real-time and is not stored in a personally identifiable way unless a transaction occurs.

5. Regional Compliance

A. Canada (PIPEDA/PHIPA)

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Users have the right to access their data and request its deletion.

B. GCC Region (PDPL/UAE Data Law)

We respect the data sovereignty of the GCC. Our Arabic translation tools and data processing protocols are designed to align with the Personal Data Protection Laws of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

6. Your Rights & Choices

  • Location Services: You can opt-out of location tracking at any time through your browser or device settings (though this will disable the Virtual Barker feature).
